The focus and essence of TIME LEADER--- Crowdfunding is a collective cooperation of people who voluntarily pool their money or other resources together, usually over the Internet, to support the efforts of other people or organizations. Fundraising can serve many purposes: helping each other, charitable giving to orphanages, nursing homes, disaster relief, and more. In April 2012, President Barack Obama signed into law the JOBS Act which allows companies to raise up to $1 million through crowdfunding, without filing paperwork or registration.
